Tornado Relief

We will be collecting home goods, canned & boxed food as well as clothes of all sizes in an effort to help the families that were affected by the tornadoes. Please drop off your donations to the office by Sunday, May 15th. Every little bit helps as there were families who were left with nothing and are starting from scratch. We appreciate your time and effort!

COMMUNITY YARD SALE

Our Spring Yard Sale is scheduled for Saturday, May 7th in the clubhouse parking lot. It will be held 7am-12pm and we will provide breakfast. Spots are first come, first serve so please arrive early. You will also need to bring chairs and/or tables if needed. We hope you can join us!

POTLUCK DINNER

Please join us in the clubhouse on Thursday, April 7th for a Potluck Dinner starting at 5:30pm. Please RSVP with the office on whether you will be bringing a main dish, a side dish or a dessert. We hope you can join us!

CLUBHOUSE RENOVATIONS

We are excited to announce that we will be remodeling our clubhouse! Please excuse our appearance in February as we bring in new furniture and paint.

GUEST SUITE & CLUBHOUSE RENTAL

Don't forget that we have a guest suite for your family or friends to rent when they come to visit. It is $75.00 per night and is fully furnished to sleep 5. It has cable, a washer/dryer, housewares and linens.

You can also use our clubhouse, free of charge! It has a living room, dining room, full kitchen & bathroom. Use it for a birthday party, family get together or game night!

RESIDENT CENTER

We're excited to announce new remodeling efforts to our resident center! We have two, new computers in there for your business or pleasure usage. We are remodeling the book and video section and will be adding to it. Don't forget that it is open 24 hours a day. You just need your electronic passkey to get in.
